What is the Pricing
Our pricing is structured per job instead of per hour.
we will be able to give you a proper quote on first visit - usual homes are 3 - 4hrs = $150 -- 200.
Any extra time as if we need to do extras will be $50.00 per hr and capped at $350 per day after 7hrs plus.

what do you need us to organise
we only need items off floors, sinks empty, and shower items removed for us to clean areas.
if this is forgotten we are happy to lift simple things up and clear areas.
any items on basin or showers we will wipe down so no dampness remains.
also a key to the property maybe required if we clean without client on site - these are kept in a lock box unless a keylock provided on site.

what do we provide
nothing, we bring all tools and supplies.
If you have anything specific to use we will discuss this with you as we do not use any supermarket branded chemical products.
we do tend to rather use our own vacuums and mop, as much simpler as we know our tools well and its much quicker than using client's tools.

how do we pay
we will send a invoice on completion of job,
you should provide us a email and contact mobile phone number for us to send this through,
we will also send a SMS with the invoice just in case the invoice goes missing in your inbox.
on the very bottom of invoice you will find payment options - we do prefer Bank Deposit.
