OCTOBER 2025 BREAK


It's been a busy year!


We have decided it is time for a break before the busy time of year is upon us . . . . AGAIN! (How quickly has this year gone!? or am I just showing my age?)


From Friday 24th October we will be not taking any bookings and will be unavailable for enquiries for a couple of weeks.

This time we have decided to take a full two weeks,

I understand this may create some distress but we will be back on deck 2nd week of November.


During this time you are going to be able to request bookings online and send us messages, we just will not respond til November 10th, 2025.

We have contacted everyone this break is disrupting, if you are unsure - please login and check your bookings. (just go to Login at top right of screen on desktop and on mobile the MENU box to login)


Feel free to check in with us on your last appointment before the last week of October.

Thanks so much for your understanding, as I am sure you are aware of how physical our job is and the need to look after ourselves. Refilling the tank from time to time is necessary.

This is our last before the end of year break, Therefore gearing up for the warmer weather, enjoying the last spring days before the humidity hits again!

also once December hits we will not be offering a few of the outside jobs as well. But we will announce this on the news page when we get back from our break!

Please contact us prior to Friday October 24th, If you have any requests, questions or booking needs. As I said above, we will not be answering emails or messages for the 2 weeks.

We are always happy to help but need to disconnect for a time. I will send a message via SMS out within 24hrs prior to remind you as well.

WHAT IS HAPPENING - WHY?


Just to fill you in on why we have updated things . . .


We all love a refresh! It was time for ours, but we also wanted to make the website easier to use, facilitate easier bookings, create a place where we could give you updates on changes.



all while I have been busy in your homes and businesses, I have been working behind the scenes creating a better online space.


as you may have noticed - we have also had to lessen our working hours. due to personal changes, I have had to change my hours. so this has been updated for our online bookings.


WHAT'S NEW


mainly the Design, Layout and the News Blog is the latest additions.

the News page is where we will be updating with news and announcements - when it is needed. instead of purely Social Media which not everyone wants or uses. We of course will contact you personally if any changes pertain to your bookings. but this is to work alongside things like our waiting list system, client accounts, service add-ons, all while your details are securely stored.

have bit of a look around to see what you may have missed.


PLEASE NOTE

at this time we still will keep our online booking approvals on, this is so we can make sure no double booking happens.

Also we have closed our books for new clients for 2025, this is so we can sure to be able to service our existing clients properly and in good time.
